VISIT SCHEDULE

NAME EACH VISIT AND WHEN IT HAPPENS.

A plan should separate heating and cooling work when the scope differs. The schedule needs a real window, not a seasonal slogan.

  1. How many visits are included each year?
  2. Which equipment is covered?
  3. When can each visit be scheduled?
  4. Does unused work expire or carry forward?
  5. What happens when weather or access changes the appointment?

SCOPE LEDGER

PUT INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED TOGETHER.

Second Shift has not approved any item in either list. They remain fields to resolve, not implied benefits.

  1. Is billing monthly, yearly, or per visit?
  2. Is the agreement a fixed term and does it renew automatically?
  3. How can a homeowner cancel?
  4. Are prior discounts or completed visits charged back?
  5. What happens to a prepaid balance?
  6. When can the price or terms change?

OPERATIONAL BENEFITS

DEFINE PRIORITY AND DISCOUNT.

Words such as priority and discount need an exact rule. No scheduling benefit or repair discount is approved for Second Shift.

  • Appointment order and qualifying hours
  • High-demand-period limitations
  • Eligible labor, parts, and equipment
  • Whether another offer can combine
  • The owner of every exception

YEAR-OVER-YEAR RECORD

LEAVE A WRITTEN SYSTEM RECORD.

  • Date and equipment checked
  • Work completed during the visit
  • Promised measurements or observations
  • Items needing repair, monitoring, or a quote
  • Materials replaced and any added charge
  • Next maintenance window under the agreement
