HEARN SYSTEMS WEBSITE DEMONSTRATION

THIS COMPANY IS FICTIONAL.

Second Shift Heating & Cooling was created to show how a residential HVAC site can handle urgency, calls, service areas, financing, and maintenance without hiding the conditions that shape each decision.

Second Shift does not provide HVAC service, employ technicians, or accept service requests.

CALL ROUTE / 04 STEPS

  1. 01StateWhat changed?
  2. 02BoundaryIs the place in frame?
  3. 03CallWhat belongs in it?
  4. 04FaultDiagnosis before equipment.

THE PREMISE

A SYSTEM CHANGE SHOULD LEAD TO A CLEAR NEXT CALL.

The site begins with a physical state: no heat, warm air, a stopped unit, or a planned equipment decision. It narrows the route before asking for contact details.

The service boundary comes before the call. Diagnosis comes before replacement. Financing and maintenance keep their material terms in view.

HEARN SYSTEMS

REAL PROJECT WORK.

Dated project files document each approved stage. They show the decisions behind the finished interface.

  • Discovery and market framing.
  • Naming, identity, voice, and visual direction.
  • Information architecture and route design.
  • Keyword and search-intent mapping.
  • Page strategy, source copy, interaction copy, and disclosures.
  • Front-end design, development, accessibility, and performance work as implementation proceeds.

SECOND SHIFT

FICTIONAL BUSINESS MATERIAL.

No customer, technician, owner, dispatcher, job, review, credential, response time, or operating history is claimed.

  • The Second Shift Heating & Cooling name and identity.
  • The company premise and service-route framing.
  • The fictional-use phone number.
  • The sample Port Huron market and example locations.
  • The simulated request path.
  • Any future sample equipment, pricing, financing, or maintenance presentation.

PROOF BOUNDARY

WHAT THE SITE MAY PROVE.

The artifact may prove Hearn Systems' design choices, writing, code, accessibility work, performance checks, and dated build process. It may not prove that Second Shift has served a homeowner or completed HVAC work.

Any future conversion into a real business would require new ownership, licensing, insurance, people, hours, service coverage, contact paths, terms, privacy decisions, and operating proof.

PROJECT RECEIPTS
